“I’ve learned how to reduce the pain to near zero…”

I came to Vance PT after an extensive meniscus repair and debridement for arthritis knee pain. Before the surgery my pain level was 9-10 or higher. Post-surgery found me with a swollen, painful knee joint. Thanks to these  weeks spent under Josh's tutelage, I've learned how to reduce the pain to near zero with only occasional pain mostly at night. Josh has made me aware of what muscles affect which joints - more importantly, he has taught me exercises and methods to use to maintain optimum health in my knee joint. Thank you, Josh!
